5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and costs are provided at checkout and in our Delivery & Returns policy. While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or courier service interruptions.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and report any issues to us within 48 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Delivery & Returns policy. In summary, you may return eligible products within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

For hygiene reasons, mattresses and bedding that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned.

Warranty claims: All warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms. Estrella Mattress Hub acts as the authorised distributor and will facilitate claims on your behalf. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, stains, or comfort preference.
